Are there any state federal laws for online casinos? Some online casino have poor reputations, and have been blacklisted. Before you part with money, you should make sure that the casino isn't violating anything.

Not sure about the laws. I would always say a good rule of thumb is never to put any money in that you care about ever seeing again.

I'm not sure if it is illegal in our state. I didn't even know it could be illegal to play online. I just figured if it was available , then it was legal to play. (kind of naive, I know) Thanks for warning us, I sure would not want to wind up in trouble for playing.

Is online poker really illegal in some states? I had no idea! Well I guess I better check in our state, because I sure would not want to go to jail or anything. Shouldn't there be some type of disclaimer on th eweb sites or something?
